MULTI-INSTANCE FIX
  The existing #023 Renderer, Shape Adapter and Joint Adapter are singleton runtimes.
  Build 1.0.6 does not rewrite those frozen runtime files.
  Instead, each .bf-realtime-layout gets its own same-origin runtime iframe/contentWindow.
  Each contentWindow loads its own copies of the existing runtime scripts, so Renderer/Shape/Joint state cannot be stolen by a later host.

  Explicit Editor + Preview:
