The 2026-09-05 rebuild rule supersedes rejected package candidates v1.0.9 and v2.0.0-v2.7.0. This package is rebuilt independently and keeps Runtime API version 1.0.9 so existing frozen consumers such as #038 do not break on an exact version dependency.

HTML Functional Class `bf-animation` is a declarative Relation Controller. It is not attached to the animation target element itself.

Target meanings: whole / button-text / text / label / icon / panel / box / fill / thumb.

#117 Loop WAIT is internal animation-cycle waiting. #002 Joint WAIT/FIFO/BLOCKED is delivery state and remains separate.
