## Purpose

Action UI for a safe, configurable hyperlink. #043 keeps Link-specific destination/text/anchor semantics and delegates shared delivery/effect/color selection responsibilities to completed components.

## Security

Dangerous executable/data URL schemes are blocked. Security Test is isolated from normal Preview.

Package QA does not equal Browser Runtime QA. Final completion is user-confirmed on localhost after ALL PASS and WAIT/BLOCK visual checks.

## v1.0.1 FIT correction

When `fit=true`, Link fills the parent area and the text font size automatically follows the available Link area.
