This audit records the completed #025 v1.0.33 structures used as the formal page/package baseline for #026. Date-specific Calendar behavior is not copied into TimePicker.

The Preview keeps Caller INPUT + generated TimePicker clock Trigger on one nowrap row. Runtime Console and RETURN contract stay inside the Preview card.

## #118 ownership correction retained

TimePicker intentionally does **not** animate the fixed-position outer Picker Panel itself.

- outer `.bone-timepicker__panel`: #026 owns `left/top`, viewport flip/clamp and hidden state
- inner `.bone-timepicker__motion`: formal `bf-transition` host owned by #118 Functional Class
- one formal #118 instance only; #026 does not create a second private Transition instance
- all 23 transition types are validated against stable outer Panel coordinates

v1.0.22 additionally verifies the formal terminal state by using the EXIT result **or** current `BoneTransition.getState(instance)` before the outer Panel is hidden.

## Rapid Trigger lifecycle correction

A second Trigger click during an in-flight EXIT is treated as reopen:

1. close token is invalidated
2. the existing formal #118 instance is cancelled by the normal ENTER path
3. `closing=false`, `open=true`
4. ENTER runs on the same inner Motion Surface
5. stale EXIT completion cannot hide the reopened Panel

Destroy also cancels any in-flight #118 motion before Functional Class unmount.

## #022 responsibility

#022 Hover Border Effect is attached only to the Preview caller host containing:

- Caller INPUT
- clock Trigger

It is explicitly excluded from:

- Picker Panel
- inner Motion Surface
- hour / minute / second options

The effect color remains a #040 ColorPicker solid-only Caller integration.

## Verification state

Static Node / syntax / package integrity are executed during v1.0.22 packaging. Browser visual verification and USER localhost remain pending; this audit does not declare Completed / Frozen.


## v1.0.23 installer-only correction

The #026 installer no longer attempts to rebuild the cumulative regression page from fixed #025 card / row / runner-config anchors. The current `bone-development-order.html` is preserved without mutation. Runtime remains BoneTimePicker 1.0.22.
