- OUT WAIT / FIFO / BLOCKED: formal `BoneJoint.createDeliveryChannel()` with targetReady queue/FIFO and guard-based BLOCKED.
- Smoke / Validation result rows and status bar.
- Completion panel and HTML Functional Class position.
- `bf-joint-grid`, `bf-flow`, `bf-delivery-stage`, `bf-results`, `bf-result` visual classes come from the #017 visual baseline.

## #026-specific behavior retained
- BoneTimePicker Runtime 1.0.23 and `bf-timepicker`.
- #022 Caller INPUT + clock trigger outer-border effect only.
- #040 solid-only ColorPicker caller for effect color.
- #118 `bf-transition` on the TimePicker motion surface; anchored panel position remains #026-owned.
- TimePicker is RETURN-only; Caller owns INPUT commit / OUT.

## Not copied from #017
- BoneText value semantics, Text options, Text Completion state.
- #017 ColorPicker controls.
- Any #017 Runtime implementation.

## Installer protection
- Root index keeps #026 ordering after #025 where insertion is needed.
- `bone-development-order.html` is validated against the formal all-UI cumulative contract; #026 card/rows may not be silently omitted.
- Frozen dependencies are not overwritten.

## Current #002 compatibility
- Current canonical inspected: `BoneFlow_002_Bone_Joint_Rebuild_v1.0.28_Candidate.zip`.
- Runtime: `BoneJoint 1.1.40`.
- #026 does not load obsolete `../js/bone-joint.js`; it loads the current cumulative `../boneflow.js` and `../boneflow.css` produced by #002.
- The five connection definitions and WAIT/FIFO/BLOCKED contract were checked against actual #002 1.1.40 source semantics.
