Updated remote administrator QR issuance on the actual pcsr.net page, via HTTPS-backed one-time enrollment and HttpOnly Secure browser sessions, replacing browser 127.0.0.1. The administrator setup link is issued and stored outside DocumentRoot and is one-time-use. The server HTTP API requires an Apache HTTPS reverse proxy. No data is written to the user Calendar DB by QR enrollment. NOT COMPLETED until actual production and mobile tests pass.
