# BONE FLOW #024 v1.0.266 — Installer preflight hotfix

Status: DEVELOPMENT / NOT COMPLETED.

## Incident
v264 failed at `Build-StandaloneCalendarBundle` with a missing installed `js/boneflow.js`, after copying some #024 assets to the live Apache DocumentRoot. Its early required-dependency guard did not include this asset even though `minimal.html` and `finance-voucher.html` reference it.

## Change
- Before copying any file into Apache DocumentRoot, check ALL installed prerequisites for the formal standalone bundle, minimal.html, #048 Table and #054 Display Timeline, including `js/boneflow.js`.
- Log the full list of missing/empty required installed files rather than failing after a partial update.
- Stop if any are missing. Never create placeholder JavaScript, overwrite formal/Frozen dependencies, reset SQLite, or modify browser IndexedDB.
- Package does NOT contain #001 Bone Core or other shared formal dependencies; recovery requires a verified official dependency package.

## Recovery
1. Extract the ZIP to a regular folder, do not execute directly inside Explorer's ZIP temporary extraction path.
2. Restore any missing shared formal asset(s), especially `boneflow/js/boneflow.js`, from the correct canonical Core package into the Apache DocumentRoot, after taking an independent backup.
3. Run `install.bat` and read the new preflight lines in install.log.
4. Keep SQLite/IndexedDB backup; no assurance yet of Windows installer PASS or saved data preservation.

### Verification status
Source Node regression and package integrity are testable on Linux. Windows PowerShell execution, official Core asset provenance, running Apache/Edge and the user data remain unverified.
