## Fixed installer failure in v1.0.211

The installer line 846 verified `content="1.0.211"` together with a stale `finance-voucher.v208.js` reference.
The installed HTML correctly referred to `finance-voucher.v211.js`, so the old check always failed.

This release aligns package v1.0.212, HTML metadata and screen text, asset filenames v212, test page, sample archive name, repair script and Node tests.
The post-install check now compares the installed HTML to the packaged HTML, reads the package version from `$PackageVersion`, verifies version-specific JS and CSS links and checks both installed asset SHA256 values.
The previous v205 hardcoded sample archive existence check is aligned with the generated version.

## Preservation

Calendar runtime BoneCalendar v1.0.96 unchanged. No modification to frozen #001/#029/#048/#054 or Calendar task and voucher persistence logic. Existing data not migrated or deleted. All JavaScript and CSS URLs without query or hash.
Windows PowerShell installer / localhost / SQLite restart remains unverified. Use Windows install log to confirm this environment.
