# BONE FLOW #024 v1.0.290 — Device snapshot comparison and safe merge

- Browser IndexedDB is per browser/profile/origin. Hosting minimal.html at pcsr.net does not create a server-side shared SQLite DB.
- `sqlite-merge.html` compares this origin's saved SQLite to an externally exported SQLite file (PC/mobile/server administrator backup).
- No implicit overwrite: merge conflicts stop output; no active DB writes; merged DB is built in a temporary staging record, readback verified, downloaded as a new SQLite file, then staging removed.
- Duplicate IDs with unequal content are conflicts; independent finance vouchers with different IDs are retained. Same task ID with voucher-only additions can merge safely.
- Existing restore is a separate confirmed, destructive operation and needs backup.
- Automatic upload/download from pcsr.net requires server-side authenticated storage/API or configured WebDAV. No PHP is included or installed.
- The UI's source switch is read-only preview, not live remote database editing.
- Runtime and Frozen #029/#048/#054 unchanged. Windows Edge installer and live server sync NOT VERIFIED.
