#027 TextBox package 1.0.71 / Runtime 1.0.39 / Candidate
Official #022 runtime: 1.0.12 from #022 package 1.0.27.
#027 uses official #022 attach/update/setActive/getOverlay on separate Active and Mouse Over targets.
#028 now removes its former private Active animation span and custom CSS; only the #022 overlay paints the border effect.
Both reject missing getOverlay API instead of ignoring gradient RETURN.
Both add Smoke to test all 9 #022 effects, independent focus/hover activations, overlay gradient and close.
Known limitations: #022 public color option accepts CSS color, not full linear-gradient. Caller sends first stop for animation and uses overlay pseudo-element for full gradient display. This is NOT the same as native #022 gradient animation.
#040, #022 and #118 runtimes are NOT modified.
External Windows Installer / full Windows localhost browser / #118 23-kind OPEN/CLOSE through actual Property: NOT VERIFIED.
