- Fatal exceptions become V-FATAL / FAIL instead of leaving NOT RUN.
- Formal #118 catalog still checks all 23 transition names.
- Exhaustive catalog speed changed from slow to fast to prevent long cumulative stalls while preserving visual ENTER/EXIT coverage.
- #118 motion promises are bounded to 1200 ms and fail with TIMEPICKER_QA_MOTION_TIMEOUT when stalled.
- A transition failure is recorded per transition and does not stop the remaining catalog.
- Rapid open-close-open checks both final semantic state and motion settlement success.
- Existing rapid residue, trigger-reopen, offscreen-caller, cleanup, Connection Image, and Delivery checks remain present.
