This v1.0.99 package is an installer repair over v1.0.98. #019 Runtime behavior is unchanged.

Installer defects addressed from actual Windows log:
1. install.bat UTF-8 BOM caused cmd.exe to read the first token as mojibake instead of @echo off. v1.0.99 writes install.bat without BOM.
2. Find-RegistryEntry accessed $_.id directly while Set-StrictMode -Version Latest was active. Shared registry arrays may contain strings or objects without id; v1.0.99 uses a guarded PSObject.Properties['id'] lookup.
3. Raw text exact-one counting was unsafe for object-map registries because one logical entry may contain the identity as both map key and entry.id. v1.0.99 verifies exact-one structurally through Find-RegistryEntry.
4. A heterogeneous registry-entry helper self-test is executed by install.ps1 before DOC integration verification.

Executed in packaging environment for v1.0.99:
- Pre-archive static/package QA: 40/40 PASS (package markers, installer encodings, StrictMode-safe registry lookup, structural exact-one verification, MANIFEST coverage, JS syntax, HTML duplicate IDs, inline JS syntax, and v1.0.98 functional-source preservation).
- v1.0.98 -> v1.0.99 functional source comparison confirms BoneImage Runtime remains byte-identical and UI/Browser source changes are package-version cache-bust markers only.
