Whole-page audit scope:
- Main #002 page, HTML Functional Class connection image, Guide JP/EN, WAIT/FIFO/BLOCKED, Compatibility/Error markers, Smoke/Validation/Completion, CSS layering, Installer/MANIFEST.
- Runtime 1.1.36 source files are not modified.

Confirmed root cause from user screenshot:
- WAIT/BLOCKED formal glyph DOM existed, but Font Awesome PUA glyphs rendered as missing-glyph boxes/diamonds.
- boneflow.css used ../vendor/fontawesome/... from /boneflow/boneflow.css, resolving incorrectly to /vendor/fontawesome/... .
- Correct #018 asset URL from the Bone Flow root bundle is ./vendor/fontawesome/webfonts/fa-solid-900.woff2.

Change scope:
- Fix only the #018 formal Font Awesome @font-face URL used by BoneJoint WAIT/BLOCKED symbols.
- Keep line layer, node layer, formal marker layer, Joint geometry, Runtime marker shapes, animation and semantics unchanged.
- Add browser regression checks for BoneFlowFontAwesome availability and f110/f05e formal glyph use.

Browser Runtime / localhost visual confirmation:
- NOT claimed PASS. User localhost confirmation is required before Completed.

Whole-package audit correction:
- Previous rejected rebuild had #001 test page package markers incorrectly changed to 1.0.15. Restored those display/report/localStorage markers to canonical #001 package 1.0.14.
- #001 Runtime JS/CSS/source files are otherwise untouched.
- Removed conflicting duplicate bf-joint layer declarations and consolidated to line z=1 / nodes z=2 / formal marker z=3.
